Fast Lane is the location of a set of two commercial condo buildings with office space in the front and shop space in the back. The structures are 10,500-square-feet and 23-feet tall. Wiebe’s Steel Structures was responsible for the supply and install of the structure, including structural components for the mezzanine and wall & roof insulation. Insulation is cavity-fill, with a few fire walls using Roxul, and a thermal roof system.
